How rental works

- Collect it or we deliver. Training takes 3 minutes.
- Work on your own and return it. The deposit is refunded on return.
Collection and delivery
You can collect the machine in Split or we can deliver it. Delivery is included in the wider Split area, and outside it the customer pays for delivery. Folded, it measures 124 × 65.5 × 37 cm and weighs about 54 kg, so it fits in a van and can go to jobs in Kaštela, Trogir, Solin, Omiš, Makarska or Šibenik.
What it carries
Washing machines and fridges, boilers and air conditioners, safes, drink crates, tiles and cement, wardrobes and office equipment. The load is strapped in, and the platform stays level all the way, even on the slope of the stairs.
If you decide to buy later
All rental paid in the last 30 days, up to two weeks of rental, comes off the purchase price. Example: one week's rental €395 → purchase €2,200 − €395 = €1,805. See buying an electric stair climber.
Frequently asked questions
How much is the deposit?
The deposit is €500, refunded when you return the machine.
Do I need training?
A short one, 3 minutes. Every rental comes with video instructions and a one-page safety sheet.
Can it handle narrow or winding stairs?
Folded, it is 65.5 cm wide, and the platform is 66 cm wide. It turns on the spot on a landing and drives on wheels on the flat. For very narrow stairs, send a photo or the width in centimetres and we'll tell you straight away.
Does it damage the stairs?
The tracks are rubber and rest on several edges at once, so they don't knock the stairs the way hand truck wheels do.
Do you deliver outside Split?
Delivery is included in the wider Split area. Outside it the customer pays for delivery, and we agree the price in advance. You can also collect the machine in Split, as it fits in a van when folded.
